1. Our Services

2. Custom Orders & Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design requirements.
For customized garments:
- Measurements should be provided carefully and accurately.
- Customers may be asked to provide a reference design, image, fabric, or other instructions.
- Minor differences between a reference image and the final stitched garment may occur because of fabric, measurements, design interpretation, and tailoring requirements.
- Once stitching has started, changes to the design or measurements may require additional charges.
3. Customer-Provided Fabric & Materials
If the customer provides fabric, accessories, lace, embroidery material, or other items, the customer is responsible for ensuring that sufficient material is supplied.
Fashion Star Boutique will take reasonable care while working with customer-provided materials. However, we cannot be responsible for defects, weakness, shrinkage, color bleeding, or other problems inherent in materials supplied by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices depend on the garment, design complexity, fabric, finishing, alterations, and other requirements.
The applicable price will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Where an advance payment is required:
- The order will be processed after the required advance is received.
- Any remaining amount must be paid before or at the time of delivery, as agreed.
- Additional work requested after order confirmation may incur additional charges.
5. Alterations & Fitting
Customers should check the garment at the time of fitting or delivery.
If an alteration is required because of a stitching or fitting issue attributable to our work, please contact us promptly so that we can review the matter and, where appropriate, make a reasonable correction.
Alterations caused by subsequent changes in body measurements or changes requested by the customer may be chargeable.
6. Delivery & Collection
Estimated completion time will depend on the type and complexity of the order.
Delivery dates may be affected by:
- Design changes
- Measurement changes
- Material availability
- Customer delays in providing fabric or approvals
- High-volume or seasonal periods
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers should collect completed orders within the agreed period.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Because customized garments are made specifically according to the customer’s measurements and requirements, cancellation and refund eligibility may differ from standard retail purchases.
Once customized stitching or significant work has started, an advance or payment may not be refundable for work already completed or materials already used.
Any cancellation or refund request will be reviewed based on the stage of the order and the specific circumstances.
8. Design References
Customers may provide photographs, sketches, or other references for their desired design.
Reference images are used for design guidance. The final garment may vary slightly depending on fabric, measurements, available materials, tailoring techniques, and practical requirements.
